Got a call from this number today (July 16, 2010). Didn't answer it, because it was on my fax line.
Makes me think it's just someone / something (computer) making cold calls. From what other people are saying, sounds like a scam.

Same here. A recording about if you're upset about your Cogeco Cable to press 1 ...I believe this to be a scam and am filing a complaint as I always do with the Do Not Call Registry. The call display reads: Out of Area, (519) 680-0603.I got this at 5:44 p.m., in Sarnia, Ontario, on July 7, 2010.

I got a call from this number and I spoke to someone. Was told that their company is called Viewpoint Systems and that they are Bell-approved satellite installers based in London, ON. I called Bell and asked someone and they said they thought that was correct information.
According to the person from Viewpoint, they have a deal on where if you sign up with Bell through them - you are given 1 HDTV satellite receiver, and 2 regular receivers for free plus a free install.
However you do need to provide the numbers of the end of your bank account cheques for a credit check.
I was told they had a website, but I couldn't find it (though there is an American site but it's not about Bell satellite installers.
I tried looking them up on the BBB and found nothing.
