I have had3 calls from this number so far, they call, I answer, and they hang up...who are these people???

yes this has been happening thge past couple days they call and i answer they hang up. i call back nothiing happens. 2day i called back they said u reaches psi leave ur number if u want them to call back wtf?

hangs up when calls. 2 times now. on my cell phone.
