No one is responding on outgoing call when incomming call is answered

This number keeps phoning me, I phoned it back and it said that I have reached the voicemail of ?? blank, there is no name
I did I reverse lookup on 411.ca and it said it was a landline in London Ontario with Bell Canada as the service provider

I recieved a call from these people who asked for me while I was away from the phone. I viewed the caller ID, and made a call back, not knowing who had called. I was simply told, "'PSI' called for you, Brodie" I called back and heard the operator tell me thatt he mailbox was full.

i got a call from this number and as it turns out i am entered into a sweepstakes of one million dollarsm they say i get a free diamond ?watch and i get my choice of magazines for free, just have to pay the shipping and handling on the item. sounds fishy right? then he said that he is new and that his boss will be phoning me back in the next few hours, and to tell his boss that he didi a good job! This is when i got worried. He asked me two questions,the year that i was born and which card i currently use. He already knew my name and number. If anyone knows anything more, please let me know!

I also got this call today same as above said i won a diamond watch...being enterd into a sweeptakes for million dollars and pre qulaify for like 30 000 i think, asked year of birth cause u dont quailfy unless ur 18 and which card i had but not the number or anything also said i got free subscrition for mags just pay shipping i told her i didnt want the mags and she said it was fine they are a non purchase sweetakes then she asked if my address was the same which she knew and i said yes nothing about a boss calling though???? so i dont really know she did push the mags purchase or shipping and said she was from PSI which i dont know what that is???
