This number has called me 4 times in the last 3 days.  It never leaves a message on the machine,

I called them back and it was the Conservative Party of Canada.

I called back it was the promise keepers(519) 639-2872

You what the interesting thing about this number is? When I do a 411.ca reverse look up on it, it tells me that is is a cell phone with Rogers from London Ontario. So if it is the Conservative Party of Canada they are wasting are money on cell time.
