Picked up -- Turned out to be the Gov't-backed 'Electrical Safety Authority' here in Ontario doing a random audit for safety. Rep asked to book a technician's vetting of our newly installed furnace and ac units to ensure that Reliance (a good company) met all required codes in their work for us. No cost to consumer. Makes sense, and appointment set up with usual cautions re name of tech who will inspect as well as ID and fact that marked truck is used. Also a call-back number if app't has to be changed or questions arise.
