I have been assisting this man as a superintendent whereby I was paying rent and the services that I provided used as the difference to offset the total amt due. I realized that Mr. Peter Tucakov is a liar, thief and the worst landlord that I have ever worked for in my 25 years taking care of a building. I am hereby advising the public that they should avoid being tenants of this landlord as he would suck your pocket dry and give all the reasons in the world to justify the reason for his rent increases which are pathetic. Do not listen to me and have him as your landlord or dentist and you will certainly regret your decision. Try it and prove me right.
