Hi,This is University of Québec at Montréal, based in Montréal, Canada.But from what I know, it also serves at the "phone gateway" for all long distance outgoing calls for ALL the universities in Québec that are part of the network Université du Québec. When anyone at these university tries to call you (and it's a long distance), his CallerID is switched to that number.Unfortunately, don't call back that number, they won't be able to help you trace the origin of the call.

I called them back, a lady answered, and said, "This is UQAM" :-o
