Yes, very much the same type of selling from a person that has an accent and speaks fast. He had mentioned that the savings would be like 60%! ........ I guess that the tactics picked up more now!

I just got a call from Hydro Power. I had a heck of a time understanding what he was saying to me. They spoke extremely fast and big time accent! Finally I understood that it was a device to help us save on our electrical bill. They kept repeating that I was chosen because I paid high electrical bills and I was part of a federal program to help people lower their bill by 40%. I started with a rep, Dominic Salvador,then switched to senior manager then off to the dispatch department and spoke to a Kevin. All along I asked if this device was sent first and then get billed later..they always said yes. But the dispatcher said he needed a credit number to secure the device, thats when I had a gut feeling it may be a scam. So I said I had no credit card. End of story!

guyz this is very gud device believed me!>>>i tell haw its work when u plug this device into any electriical socet near to your power box so wat does this device do .... its basically it take the grate hold toward your main power box and does nt allow the waisted amount of energy to pass through your smart metter inhance your metter will run slow and you will b getting the reduction.... plz b positive bcz u dont belived kaduuu!

Got a call from "hydro company" to sell me a hydro saver. Just plug it in and save up to 40% Asked if they had a web site and was give savehydropower.com Didn't fall for special federal government grant so would only cost $149.00 and not $250.Look out.
