Somebody is calling you who has a long distance plan with Distributel. If you know somebody from Quebec and they are calling you long distance it is most likely them. You never know, it could be your long lost French aunt who just wants to talk to you....

J'ai recu un appel de ce numéro en date du 21 fév. 2012 à 3h15 pm. Je n'ai pas pu répondre mais il apparaissait sur mon afficheur de cell.

we were called and immediately asked (in French) if anyone had an allergies in our household, the caller did not identify themselves. We asked who was calling and what was the nature of the survey. The caller fadingly said "Santé Plus" and then hung up. The last caller feature on the phone identified the number as (514) 877-5000. Seems very strange to me.

No message left. Looks like it's a Canadian firm.

I am on Telus mobility. After I received this call, my vocal mailbox just crashed!!!. Strange coincidence...
