There must be a solution for these kind of annoying guys. They like to wast time of people ! Same here. Never pick up. Get calls from different numbers....all some kind of scams...look up your numbers, if you don't know them, before picking up. So irritating they do not give up!!!

Today I received a call from this number at 12:10pm. When I answered there was only silence, and then a robot voice said "Goodbye".

I never pick up the phone if it's someone I don't know. I wait to get a Text or Voicemail but I don't get anything.

i do not answer calls from numbers that i dont know.
i let it go to voice mail and if there is a message
then i reply only if it is relevant
when close to a computer,i search the number as it is ringing
i have an i phone and i simply block the numbers as soon as i know it is a scammer
i also do this when i put an add for a rental
i listen to the message and never call back the stinky ones that believe in allah!

The same thing happen to me. Its was january 28 at 16:44. The phone numer is (514) 871-8474.

These scammers called me a few times in the past week. Usually around 11 or midnight waking us up. Sometimes they just hang up!

Be carefull when you receive a call, mustly when it is early in the morning around 4-5 am. This is the number of some one that does not have good intentions at all. Never open up to those you don't know.May God bless you all in Jesus name.

I have no idea who this is.

They first called with an unknown number.I kept them on the line for 20 mn playing with them.They try to get you to download a remote access program so they can log onto your computer and take control of it.A guy with a heavy Indian accent told me that he was calling from Washington DC.They thought that I was hooked and I suddenly hung up.They called back right away with the number showing this time.I replied in french and they probably cursed me in Hindi before hanging-up....Please do not do anything they ask!!!!!!They'll just take control of your computer and get access to all your info.

It's quite simple. It's an Indian marketing company hired by some "Disk Clean-up" company. They attempt to pretend they are at MS Windows and have noticed your machine has a lot of infections etc. If you are dumb enough to run a scan they offer for free you will see all sorts of alerts, "problems" etc etc. That's when they want you to pay to download their crap program.Don't blame the Indian kids doing this though, it's a decent job for them in Bangalore or whatever. I usually flummox them by quickly bringing up the weather there and commenting on it, asking how things are there. ;)
