Ok guys, here is why you can't figure out this number, or why it seems to be from different organizations.  This number will show up on your caller ID only mostly because the call you are receiving is made from Skype.  SKYPE is an internet phone service, millions of people use it internationally.

called five times and hung up every time.  track him, prosecute him, prison him.  instead of giving out tickets, why don't the cops do something of value for a change?

Hi, I am receiving about 50 calls a day from these guys, but all I get is a fax machine, when I pick up the phone.  I called VIDEOTRON and they told me to report them to the police.

Well, I had gotten the call on my cell on the weekend, while I was working and it was such an nuissance that I nearly changed my number. After calling on my cell constantly on the weekends, they started to call my home, too. When I finally picked up the phone, they said they were looking for my brother, but when I asked what it was about...they hung up on me. Talk about rude french idiot. I had tried to call back and the operator told me the same thing, the number is out of service! Is there any way to get through these nuissance morons on this number 'cuz I would like to give them a piece of my mind for harassments?!

Received a call March 27 at 6:50 PM.  The person spoke only French and knew my name.  Said they were from the Royal Bank and would have someone else call me back.  When I tried to recall the number to verify it the following morning,  I got a recording saying no service for this number.  I will report it to Bell Canada.
