I've been having the same issue, getting calls from them every day which I do not answer.
If you call them back, press 1 for service in English, and then press 1 again to be added to the do not call list, you enter your number and should be good to go!

He claimed to be calling from CIBC offering me some kind of credit card.  This is not really CIBC since this bank do not offer cards to their customer this way.

Called several times and didn't leave message. So annoying.

Called on 3/14 at 11:09am; 3/13 at 7:35pm; 3/09 at 4:31pm; 3/06 at 8:44pm.No messages.

Decided to pick up on latest call. Appears to be a call centre, apparently representing a number of clients based on info above. Male caller, calling on behalf of CIBC credit card services (I do have a CIBC card, so this makes sense), wanting to enroll me in balance protection insurance. Was pleasant and accepted my response when I declined.

Called claiming they were from CIBC and then tried to get private information from me.  I said I didn't feel comfortable giving out any information to a random caller claiming to be my bank and ended the phonecall.  They still call frequently, though, never leaving messages.  They are b*****ds.
