He claimed to be calling from CIBC offering me some kind of credit card.  This is not really CIBC since this bank do not offer cards to their customer this way.

This number has been calling my cell phone 1-2 times a day for at least 3 weeks.  How do I make them stop??

No one at the other end , dead silence.

Calls twice a day on my cell around the same time, never leaves a message. I answered once but just got dead silence. This has been happening for a month now

called and didn't leave message.
