He claimed to be calling from CIBC offering me some kind of credit card. This is not really CIBC since this bank do not offer cards to their customer this way.

Just called them back, says Canadian Premier Life & Legacy General Insurance, service in english or french. Maybe adding to the no call list will help?

I phoned the # back and after asking for English/French selection, the automated menu asked if I wanted to add my phone number to the "Do not call" list to select menu option #1 and after confirming the phone number I typed in, it told me it would take up to 30 days to remove my number from the call list.

I am fed up paying for a private number and getting this call 3 times a day. Will look into legal action if this does not stop immediately, I have a very sick person living here and it is interupting their life very negatively.
