i've been receiving calls from this number everyday for the last 3 weeks...multiple times and sometimes late at night. I never answer. This is the most persistent caller I have ever received. I just submitted a complaint to the nimrods at the CRTC. Hope they take some action as my number is clearly on the do not call list.

I did the same as "proactive". The company recording identified itself as: Canadian Premier Life & Legacy General Insurance. I phoned the # back and after asking for English/French selection, the automated menu asked if I wanted to add my phone number to the "Do not call" list to select menu option #1 and after confirming the phone number I typed in, it told me it would take up to 30 days to remove my number from the call list.
