I received 16 calls this month from (514) 827-5913 to my pay as you go phone which is 40 cents each even though I shut off the call, this is what Rogers did to me? from the display it shows 1-+1 877-889-2024 but when I checked my transaction details it was 514-827-5913 ?????????

Three calls to the the voice mail on novembre 21, 24 and 28 2011.

Received 10 phone calls from this number in the span of 15 minutes, each at .40 cents. Im calling Rogers to find out what thats all about. Says its a voicemail call and I have no voicemail messages.

Hi everybody,it's normal that you're charged for accessing your Voice Mail. Every time you grant access to your voice mail, it returns a 0,20$ or 0,40$ depending on the time you pass taking your messages.Also, the number that appears on your bill, is just one of the mailbox servers of Rogers. For example, i just call my voicemail and it says 0,20$ with the phone number: (514) 992-1188 That's the reason why you guys think you have no message and someone is spamming your voicemail box.
