This is a scout who calls you when you receive an email about shows looking for ideas .. they act like your idea is great, buit want like $500 to begin marketing it to the stations ... use your judgement .. not likely this is going to make anyone rich .. most likely it is like the inventor lines .. that even tell you success is unlikely.  Also  i called him back one time -the erst of the time he called me, then I get this extra $20 on my phone bill because he is from canada .. when the heck do you get billed for incoming calls .. not sure what kind of scam that is ... but the phone company had to take ti off my bill because i only called him one time- the rest were fraudulent charges
