Got a call from this number on my mobile (which also begins with 514-726) from someone claiming to be from Westjet Vacations, and I had been selected. They didn't know my name though, and I refused to give it. Just out of interest I let him talk for a bit. He had what sounded like a Pakistani accent.Next he passed me to his colleague who had a very strong Mexican accent and I could hardly understand a word when he was reading from a very well-written script. Anyway, all I had to to to qualify was give a valid credit card number.I said no and the guy asked "you think it's too good to be true?" to which I said yes. He then passed the phone to someone claiming to be the promotions manager, and he spoke with an American accent and pretty much re-read the same script.Again he asked for a valid credit card number and I asked him why he wanted that. He said "are you interested in the promotion?" and again I asked him why he needed my CC number. He said "You're concentrating too much on the credit card...." and didn't get to finish his sentence because I hung up.I know calls like this are scams but what worries me is that there are people who WILL fall for it.I called that number back and it rang out. Do NOT give these people any information, not even your name.

Forgot to say, call came at 7:30pm on Thursday, May 1st 2014.
