Same problem, person represnted themselves as Investors Group rep.  We called investor's groupe and the indicated that they do not know anyone at this number.

Can't wait to call this loser in the middle of the night with my number blocked....every hour....I'll do it, I can't take this person anymore!! It doesn't stop!

I *67'd & called back after receiving another call from this # AGAIN tonight (calls rec'd daily for some time).  Rang a few times and then an auto msg that no VM was set up...hmmm.

Numerous residents near Dollard des Ormeaux have reported suspicious calls from number (514) 696-8790.  There were several hang ups and other misrepresentations, such as posing as a representative from an investment firm.  We have verified this info and the firm does not recognize this person or number.  
We believe the person is testing to see if anyone is at home.
The issue has been reported to the police.  If you see 514-696-8790 call police station 4 at (514) 280-0104 and report it to officer Charbonneau with the date and time.
