i got a text and then a call from the number (514) 667-9346 saying my bank account was locked then the call said my ATM card was disabled. several of my local friends got it to. they SPECIFICALLY name our bank. IT SCARES US we want to switch banks nows.the call says it came from MONTREAL,QB

Scammer scum.

I have received a call from this "person" several times usually from a different number.  The caller correctly identifies my bank and says that either has my credit card or account has a problem.  They then say to press 1 for assistance or 2 for info on security.  One time I pressed 1 and then a recorded voice immediately asked me for my social security number (I DIDN'T PROVIDE IT). I let the recording ask me for the number over and over until it broke and then it disconnected.  I have alerted my bank and they reported that a number of people had received calls from this number and it is a SCAM!
