A fax calls me from this number almost daily in the early morning, calling the number doesn't help, no human ever answers.

Contact the Canadian National Do Not Call List.  If you haven't registered, do so.  If you have done so already, file a complaint.The number belongs to a company that sends out advertising to businesses via fax.  There is no means to get it to stop other than by government intervention.  Calling Bell is useless: Bell is supposed to tell them to stop, but instead checks my phone line for problems.  Jack***es.Another company kept faxing me.  The CNDNCL contacted the CRTC and the company was ordered to stop.  It will also be fined - it has a history of doing this and has previously been heavily fined.
