I received 2 calls from this # in the last 9 days.  I've chosen not to answer and now based on what I've read I intend on blocking the #.

Called me three times in a row today. Has been going on for weeks. They never leave a message.
I finally answered and the woman wanted to know if I dealt with travel agents on my rental property.
I said no and was going to tell her how rude it is that she keeps calling and doesnt leave a message - when she interupted me and in a sarcastic tone said WELL WHY NOT????????? DONT YOU WANT MORE RENTALS???????????

unfortunately, they pay a flat fee for their phone line (by the month?), so you would only make your line busy for the next few minutes. It appears to be "legitimate rental management" business of sorts, ignorant in thinking that for "ONLY $349 /year", you, their potential client will fall for it.Well, there are hundreds of websites out there that will do the same for free, or for a cut ot the fee without charging HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS up front. They should know that.

I'm in the UK and keep getting calls from this number. When I answer the caller puts the phone down immediately. I too have a rental property listed with home-away (which I won't be renewing as we've had so few enquiries from them compared to other sites), so I can only presume it originates from them.

Getting fairly bored with them keep calling, but as it's a US number and I'm in the UK they must be spending money on nothing!

Try AirBnB.com. I have had 5 x as many bookings than with HomeAway. And it's free!Thank you for the information about who it is calling from this number. I will be sure not to answer the next time they call!
