I have been getting these same calls for weeks. and didn't think about it until reading 'bob in anchorage' post. I too got the same magazine pitch. I refused them and hung up. that was around the time the (514) 555-5555 numbers started.

Doesn't matter that my cell is on a do not list - they call anyway.  I've told them not to call - they call anyway.

On the first call they were 'Platinum Services'

They are blowing up my phone!!!!  I choose not to answer because it only rings once or twice.  It's annoying because when I'm on the phone, it never fails that a call/calls will come through which makes it difficult to communicate with the beeps.  I've just recently changed my phone number, and I don't want to have to pay another fee to have it changed again.  Does anyone have any leads as to what this bozo is gaining from this?

this number calls all day long  it is getting very annoying what can stop it

i think that you guys are all weird... sorry but that is a company who sales in a certain way bank account , and they also collect money for us and for canada... so maybe you get calls becose you have money owing to a company and the use that company to call you guys , and for your information , there is no one at the end of the line and its normal , all collection agency to that.. its a systeme where if you do answer they know at what time you are home and after that it will call you until you answer... they are alowd to call you guy`s at any time and at any number exepte your job , they are alowd to do it once.. so PAY YOUR BILLS AND STOP COMPLANING.
