I got a "missed call" from (514) 542-1288 and it smelled like spam to me. I googled the number and lots of hits re spam came up on it. I'm not even going to bother with a reverse lookup. It's spam.

I just thought I'd add a comment to bump this spam number up higher in the search engine lists so others won't be bothered. In a moth or so, I'm guessing the spammer will be using a new number.

Medical telemarketing line, at least they will let prompt you to take your number off their list, hope it actually works.

Got this call on my cell phone, it was the bot at first but when I talked to a live person I asked her to remove my number from their calling list and the b***h didn't say anything but just hung up on me.

unsolicited spam call to a number i registered on the do not call list. they identified themselves (in the initial robocall part of the call) as National Health Care Service -- trying to sell insurance.  worse still, it's my office phone. i asked to be taken off their list -- they said "no problem" and hung up immediately.    i was not left with an impression of good customer service.

I am receiving, as of late, more and more of these phantom calls. The latest was from (514) 542-1288. I did not contact them for insurance and I find it horrible that they would use my cell phone to contact me. It's one of the reasons we HAVE a cell phone... to stop these annoying calls to begin with.
