Received the same TXT. I contacted HSBC and it was a SPAM. HSBC would never send a TXT. It was a phone number from Montreal Canada. Trying to Scam people to give personal Bank info. If you provided any info call HSBC fraud Department.

received a text HSBC BANK ALERT called number said Mastercard was cancelled

We got a text message saying to call hsbc bank at (514) 447-5013. When we called we got a recording saying that our debit card was locked but there were no further instructions.
