I received a call from that very rude lady, collecting for CIBC. I try to expain that I was just comming out of hospital , recoverig from the 8 th surgrry in 14 months . he rapidly told me that it was not her concern what she wanted immédiatly was  a   $55.00 payment on my $800.00 account. I could paie immidiatly, but with a attitude like this, CIBC will get nothing from me. MY IMMÉDIATE CONCERN IS MY HEALTH.
