If you want to fight back you have to write a letter to the company contacting you advising them to only communicate via letter no phone calls.  If they violate the registered letter, you will then have legal recourse against the annoying company and individual.  That is the law.  You have rights too and they make it seem consumers have no rights except pass due consumer accounts.Now you know.
