He does the same thing. Calls over and over and leaves very vulgar phone-sex messages. His name is Harvey Blackman apparently.

this guy calls and leaves vulgar erotic messages. he does not stop after being told to stop and he also puts the number as "private number" to try and trick the solicitated. beware!
