Received twice a message about my "last Air Canada flight", congratulating me for a $999 rebate I had won. That message was in English only (all messages from Air Canada, a crown corporation, must be bilingual French-English, by law). I pressed a button to ask for more details, a gentleman responded, congratulating me another time. When I stopped him and asked who he was, that gentleman hung up.
