Hello, we have been advised of this website and have read your comments about our calling patterns. We are a marketing company and we work on behalf of several Canadian Banks and Insurance Companies. All the offers are legitimate and our goal is not to upset a consumer by calling too frequently. Although we do limit our calling, it can happen that multiple calls are received as we use a dialing system. In an effort to facilitate any consumer's desire to be removed from all callings lists, we have setup the following e-mail: (dnc @ centennialmarketing.com). Please e-mail your complete phone number or phone numbers (with areacodes) you wish removed from our lists and we will do so within 3 business days. Please note it is possible that you get a call within those days if your request hasn't been treated. Also note, this removal only removes your number(s) from ALL our company's lists only (i.e. you will not receive any calls from Centennial Marketing Group).

Hello,
Here is some usufel info directly from the CRTC with the real rules on what is accepted:
http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/INFO_SHT/T22.htm
The person who posted the initial comment above is correct about the 30 days to remove from the list but his info is wrong about the 8 pm rules. 8 pm is the latest an automated voice messaging system is allowed to call, unfortunately, telemarketing companies don't have a time restriction on calls.
Anyways, check the link yourself for the exact info.

I emailed dnc @ centennialmarketing.com .............. it took a few days for the calls to stop. I guess the info takes time to circulate

Firstly we apologize for the inconvenience, our systems are designed to differentiate a persons voice from an answering machine
our systems like all systems are not perfect and mistakes some people as answering machines resulting in a dead air call
It is not our intent to hangup on you and we apologize profusely if this has happened to you
To have your name removed you can do the following
Option 1 send an email to (do not solicit ) dns @ centennialmarketing.com
Option 2. when you speak to an agent from our company please ask them to put your number on our Do not solicit list ( this goes into effect immmediatly while the email may take some time because it is a manual process and the info takes time to circulate through all our systems )
Again apologies for the inconvenience we may have caused you
(we have an ex employee who has been fillng the internet with flase complaints and propaganda. we are working though legal channels to identify this person and should sort this out soon, in the mean while please do not believe every thing you read on the web)
if you follow the steps your number will be removed.
