There's a scam going around where a company provides credit card authorization terminals with, uhm, "extra" software in them. I don't know if EVO is doing this, but it might be a good idea to research them very carefully before giving them any information. I've read accounts elsewhere that this may not be a legitimate operation.

called my toll free number clicked over to a person then hung up, so I phone the number and an answering machine answers first in french then english what sounds like "Evil Canada" then says put in the extension number you want. If you listen to the whole message it takes you through a series of options as though they are a merchant account for a business and puts you on hold. Now I am in MST they are in EST and they called me at 07:30 am - I was not impressed. No one ever came on the phone.
