they call me constantly, sometimes twice a day, usually every day! It's getting really annoying, they never say anything, just silence. It actually scares me a little.

Hello, we have been advised of this website and have read your comments about our calling patterns. We are a marketing company and we work on behalf of several Canadian Banks and Insurance Companies. All the offers are legitimate and our goal is not to upset a consumer by calling too frequently.
