This guy is a Tunisian, he lives in Montreal . The police is looking after him, let the karma take care of him...

A certain "Noomen Ouhadi" scammed us. He had posted an ad for an apartment on Craigslist Washington DC. We were relocating and desperate to find a short-term lease. We spoke on the phone (my husband is a native French speaker). Beware! This guy is very good, calm, not overconfident at all. He sounds genuine. He has an accent in English, but almost none in French. He claims to be half-Turkish, half French-Canadian and says he has a business selling leather clothing. It was we who proposed to send $900 to secure the apartment, after faxing back and forth the signed lease. We spoke numerous times on the phone in 24 hours. But we had such a bad feeling about this less than an hour after he had cashed the money in Montreal (he had claimed to be from Montreal, leaving his Washington apartment for a 3-month contract in his native Montreal.) We used Western Union and our Citi Bank credit card to send the money online. He picked it up. But we started feeling uneasy about having taken such a chance. After w few minutes, we couldn?t take it anymore, and with palpitations and shame, we started searching the Internet for his name or number (reverse phone search), and we found this scam page!!We immediately called Western Union. Noomen Ouhadi was put on a black list, but of course they could not do anything about our money. In desperation, we called Citi Bank. Since the money was picked about an hour earlier, the transaction had not gone through on Citi Bank's side!! So they basically cancelled our card then and there, assigning us brand new (credit card) account numbers... They said that Western Union would deal with it. In the end, Noomen Ouhadi got $900, Western Union lost $900, and we are still looking for an apartment, but at least we did not lose any cent to this scammer?

same thing happened to me but he claimed he is in nigeria, i sent him deposit by westernunion to nigeria to buy toshiba loptop, he picked up the money and never recieved the lop top and i end up by loosing $400. he must be nigerian or someone using fake id
