calls me every 3 days - just filed a complaint at crtc - get 'em crtc!

I received the phone call around 7:05 pm and was wondering who'd be calling me at that hour. I answered the phone to be asked to do a survey. The questions quickly became long and drawn out. Then they had the nerve to ask me who I planned on voting for in the election. That's a personal choice and I believe it's not ethical to ask someone that.

#1 - I will NOT go to opinionsearch website to enter my phone number on their own do not call list because there is no reason they should have my phone number in the first place!#2 - I will not politely ask them to please remove my number. Oh thank you generous telemarketer for taking my number off your list, it makes me ever so happy, thank you so much, my day is so much brighter and things are really looking good for the future!#3 - If you dont feel like answering it, dont. When they call back and you feel up to it, use up as much time as you can personally handle, or midway through the ordeal pass the phone off to another person in the room and have them start over again. This should assist in that caller failing to call another dozen numbers in that time and will hopefully result in that employee being fired and over time collapse the telenoyance industry.#4 - Last resort, Talk to them nicely and be happy to assist in answering all of their questions free of charge, because none of us have anything better or more productive to do, right? Part way into the survey feel free to take a bathroom break, but kindly let them know you will be "back in a sec". To prevent telemarketer boredom, be sure to supply them with some music from your local heavy metal radio station during your 25 minute bathroom break. You might also want to get dinner started during this time and if possible, go OUT for dinner. Just something to keep in mind.

The same story. They call and ask for me by first and last name. (I don?t give my cell to anyone except bank) So I was very upset and ask them how they get my number ... certainly no help from them ....Really need to know who sold my personal info. Is there any way I can order them to give me the information where they get my personal info? I am very concern about it, maybe they have much more .... also any questioners must be anonymous but this callers already know you name and other info,  and any question you answer they attach to you personal profile..... very very concern!!!!

Just stop calling, I didn't ask you to be part of this. It's your responsability to take the steps to DON'T CALL ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call from this number and they hung up when I answered.  I am on the do not call list.It is listed Montreal, PQ.
