I just received a call from this #, he mentioned something about a virtual account i tried to sign up for...i didn't have time to talk to him so i told him 'no thanks' then he said 'i just wanted to know if you're be sending back the package to us'.  To me honest, i don't remember anything, but to speed things up, i just said 'no you will not be receiving any package from me, thanks, good-bye'

i called a bank of Monreal later, and they did not know of any virtual account, so i decided to google the phone number....this is the link i found.

What is this anyways...should i be alarmed?

this number shows when a BMO employee contacts you from Direct Banking... regarding a request you made through them. its from their montreal office. if you tried to open an account online or over the phone or if youre expecting a call back you might see this number
trust me i know. i work there and thats what shows on my caller id at home when i call from work.
