This is the most unprofessional printing office I have ever encountered. I brought some flyers to be printed for an upcoming event. The order was placed for the next day as the event was imminent. The next day when I arrived to pick up the flyers, I noticed that every second print had several black ink spots on the white background. I mentioned it casually and the owner said "oh, I didn't realize you were so..." I finished his sentence with "detailed?" He replied, "yes. If I had realized that I would have charged you more". I thought this was a joke but he said he was serious! Given that I had ordered many more than I needed, I said I could use the ones that were printed well. He said he was canceling the job. I didn't know what this meant until I saw him place my cards in the trash. Although I was willing to pay, despite the botched batch, he still threw away my flyer invitations, knowing full well that I really needed them! All I can say is that this man is unbalanced and I wouldn't trust him with another order again.
