What we can do?

Each few days, morning and afternoon, got calls from this number with no words, but silence. Then, if I am calling back, I am getting a busy signal. I really think we should have a way to make this stop and I am planning to find it.

It must be 15 times in the last three weeks this # calls i answer then it hangs up after 5 sec. it must be a new form of SCAM artists...
