My gosh, these guys keep calling me DAILY - about 3-4 per day! ?I answered once and it's some dude trying to sell me 'credit protect' - I said I was not interested and hung up!  Guess what, next week, the calls started again!  I'm pretty sure they got my number from CitiBank PetroCanada MasterCard!  Now I wished I've never signed up for that MasterCard!

These calls are an unbelievable pain in the "a**"... I have caller I.D. and have noticed that these people are incessant and call several times a day and at night. They do not leave a message; The other night they called and I waited to see if they would leave a message; however, all I could hear in the background was a lot of rustling around and then some guy (who sounded foreign)asked for me by name and when I did not pick up he said "no one is picking up" and then they clicked off.  Everyone BEWARE!

They're an insurance company offering service to customers of various credit cards. Because the insurance is offered through the credit card, and the credit card has an ongoing relationship with you, the no not call registry probably won't have any effect on it.

Answer and tell them to take you off their lists and make sure that your credit card company knows that you are not interested in telephone solicitations.

Got this call today and reverse phone look-up got me nothing. Found it on this website and figured I would do my own blocking.

I added the phone number as a contact (named: Ignore this call! ;)) and created a custom "ringtone" of 10 seconds of silence....pretty sure I'm gonna miss their next call!!!

I got the same call like everybody else but he or her did not talk because I answerd in french... I guess they did not like that. I do not know from where I get the call but somebody that left me a message and he talks in a middle eastern language and I never notice where was the call from. Maybe it's the same number. I got with Bell a system that block callers with unknown numbers. They have to show there numbers if they want to reach me.. ask for that service it's amazing... I do not get as much advertising or solicitation.

I too am always getting a call from (514) 227-8723,if our phone company would give everyone free caller block, we could put these scammers out of buisness.
