Recieved a call from this number on August 18, 2008. Once the person on the other line finished his previous conversation, he asked for my husband. I asked to take a message and he hung up on me!!! I tried to call them back to complain!! No answer. I know the company is based in Quebec. Something has to be done about these people.

Please stop calling me.  I am tired of answering this call where no one talks and then hangs up right away!!!!!

Got this call today and reverse phone look-up got me nothing. Found it on this website and figured I would do my own blocking.

I added the phone number as a contact (named: Ignore this call! ;)) and created a custom "ringtone" of 10 seconds of silence....pretty sure I'm gonna miss their next call!!!

They called my place twice and I have an unlisted phone number. They were some sort of insurance company from what I got. I dont sign up for unsolicited calls no matter who they are all the people that need my phone number have it. It is some place in Quebec but I cant get an ID on it in Reverse phone lookup. Annoys me since they seem to be able to get mine when i pay for an unlisted number.

Wanted to speak with person (called name). Said he was calling from canada life. No one here has any dealings with any such company. I told him so. Said he's not in a position to speak with anyone else. I said thanks and hung up.

Received several calls from this number but they never left a message on my voicemail.  Today I decided to pick up.  The guy at the other end(spoke really bad English) claimed to be calling from my credit card company offering me a free 5-year accident insurance.  In order to activate this so-called insurance policy, he wanted me to confirm my date of birth.  This stunk to high heaven, I flat out refused to provide him with my DOB.
Where he got my name & number I don't know and how did he know which credit card company I am with?
Watch out people!!!!!
