Wanted to speak with person (called name). Said he was calling from canada life. No one here has any dealings with any such company. I told him so. Said he's not in a position to speak with anyone else. I said thanks and hung up.

They called my place twice and I have an unlisted phone number. They were some sort of insurance company from what I got. I dont sign up for unsolicited calls no matter who they are all the people that need my phone number have it. It is some place in Quebec but I cant get an ID on it in Reverse phone lookup. Annoys me since they seem to be able to get mine when i pay for an unlisted number.

I keeping getting calls from this number and they don't leave a message. Whoever you are, please Google your number and see how annoyed people are with you repeated calls Don't spoil your reputation as no one will buy your service if you do this? For your own good stop doing this

Just an FYI for everyone out there, I called Bell last night because of this # calling every day at about 6pm (and same results as everyone); anyways, Bell said that a "legislation" just passed and by September 30th, 2008 there is supposed to be a 1-800# to put your name on a "DO NOT CALL LIST" and it is sent out to all tele-marketers. If they call again, you can report it. Come September, We will be on that list!

They're an insurance company offering service to customers of various credit cards. Because the insurance is offered through the credit card, and the credit card has an ongoing relationship with you, the no not call registry probably won't have any effect on it.Answer and tell them to take you off their lists and make sure that your credit card company knows that you are not interested in telephone solicitations.
