I have had this number calling me and it stinks. I was almost taken in as they seem to know my credit card company I was stupid enough to give it to them over the phone to confirm. They then asked for a payment of 500 dollars for credit card insurance protection. As soon as i got off the phone I called and cancelled my card. HA...This is a scam ppl.

Just an FYI for everyone out there, I called Bell last night because of this # calling every day at about 6pm (and same results as everyone); anyways, Bell said that a "legislation" just passed and by September 30th, 2008 there is supposed to be a 1-800# to put your name on a "DO NOT CALL LIST" and it is sent out to all tele-marketers. If they call again, you can report it. Come September, We will be on that list!

Received several calls from this number but they never left a message on my voicemail. Today I decided to pick up. The guy at the other end(spoke really bad English) claimed to be calling from my credit card company offering me a free 5-year accident insurance. In order to activate this so-called insurance policy, he wanted me to confirm my date of birth. This stunk to high heaven, I flat out refused to provide him with my DOB. Where he got my name & number I don't know and how did he know which credit card company I am with? Watch out people!!!!!

My gosh, these guys keep calling me DAILY - about 3-4 per day! I answered once and it's some dude trying to sell me 'credit protect' - I said I was not interested and hung up! Guess what, next week, the calls started again! I'm pretty sure they got my number from CitiBank PetroCanada MasterCard! Now I wished I've never signed up for that MasterCard!

Wow, I'm glad I found this message board. I've been getting calls from this number as well - but when I wasn't at home and there was no message on my answering machine. And I couldn't get a reverse lookup either. At first I was wondering if it could have been one of the calls I was expecting - but now that seems less likely.
