screen on my cell phone said Quebec.  Some message in Spanish.

Rogers vancity got a call too

They've called me a couple times, same area code and prefix, but last 4 numbers a bit different. Our cell phone providers like to sell our numbers.

Got a call today and didn't pick it up. My phone told me it was from Quebec and I live in Ontario. I'm glad I didn't answer!

my phone detects are codes and when this number called me it sai quebec

They called My California Cell #.  My Cell caller ID said that it was a call from Quebec.  I don't know anybody there. I did not pick up.
