They started calling once a day, and in an office it's a big nuisance. ?Now they are calling twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon and as soon as you answer the phone, they hang up. This so called "Company" keeps calling me every week and leaves a msg. about paying my invoice. THERE IS NO INVOICE TO BE PAID. This is not my long distance carrier. They also send an invoice each month in the mail. I have tried phoning ( no answer or no one picks up when you are on hold) emailing, and writing a letter to them - to no avail. Is this company so hard up for money they harrass people who aren't even customers????? Complaining to the B.B.B. and the C.R.T.C. was a waste of my time, they didn't get back to me either, so what good are THEY for. I have read or seen on TV News the numerous complaints from all over Canada about Convergia ripping people off.And WHY isn't something being done about this Company?
