I finally had the chance to answer the call, and apparently it's a courtesy call from Rogers Communications wondering how we like their services... I still think it's weird.

We`re with Rogers, we`re constantly getting telemarketers since we switched to them, answer and we`re greated with silence. We just got a call from this number for the first time. It rang twice then hung up. Anyone know who this is?

I got the same call and missed it.  tried to call back and same as everyone else.  It's very weird...

I received 3 calls from this number already....i looked it up on reverse phone lookup and all i got is its a Moncton NB number, and is through Aliant so its probably a land line........and when i call back it says no longer in service .... :oS

Called and wanted my TD account information to try and save us money.  Not realizing until later and being annoyed with telemarketers I said I did not have time for that right now.  Later going through the phone I found this number and called it back, but it was out of service.  At that point I realized it was from the person calling for account information.

We have missed their calls 4 times since then and I thought I would google the number.  I am happy I found this page.

I got this phone call from the number (506) 854-4650 and said that they were from bell and wanted to give me a free cell phone. I could hardly understand this woman as English isn't her first language and I said I didn't want it and she asked me why and I said that there isn't anything in this world for free then there was a dead silence and I hung up. Tried calling it back and is out of service. I went to canada 411 and typed the number in and all I got was it wasn't listed but had a comment below to come to this page. I know it's a scam and not being stupid to give any info at all.
