I too received calls from this number with no one responding on the other end.  I tried to research the number on line but ended up with no information.  
The caller id stated it was from New Brunswick.  
I hope someone figures out who this is and why they do not respond, then puts a stop to it.

I received a call from this number, I answered, but there was no response. The party on the other line hung up when i answered. how lame is that?
