They called with a robo call and I was put through to a person who said. Are you responding to our messages? No, I said, you called me. He said: Well we have written to you and we cannot lower your credit card interest rate unless we talk to you about paying off your balance. I said who do you represent at least twice? The person said "Account Services." I said account services for what company? He said that he would not tell me since I was "so rude" and hung up on me.
