i received two calls in immediate succession from this number, and when i called back, i got a 'mailbox full' message, just as rebecca did. since i didnt answer the call, and they left no messages, i have no idea what they were trying to sell. but im getting more calls like this all the time. *sigh*

I received 2 calls from (506) 227-9386 with credit card offers. I asked the rep "Melissa" what company this was and how they got my phone #, she quickly hung up on me. When I called the number back I got a "voice mailbox is full" message and it was for the name "Amanda". I tried to reverse lookup the # and twice came up with Montcon, New Brunswick, Canada as the location of this number.

No, that's not a wrong number. These bastards do mask their number where, for most people, the caller ID identifies them as 062-279-3869. They are violating both the Do Not Call List (I am signed up) and the law that makes it illegal to intentionally mask the telephone. Since these creeps are calling from New Brunswick, Canada, they are immune from US laws.
