Received call May 14,2009 on home phone. I've been reporting these scam calls to the FCC including one about car warranties. I listened to this one and waited for real person to come on line.  I told person to stop calling as I'm on do not call list and if calls continued I'd report to the FCC......HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL EVERY DAY TILL I WENT INSANE..   YOU CAN GUESS WHAT I TOLD HIM!!  I REPORTED THE NUMBER FCC - www.esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm   I HOPE YOU WILL ALL DO THE SAME

Automated call asking me to press 1 ..Female answered states she is calling to offer me a special on lowering my credit card rates. I asked her what company she was calling from she said Card Services .. I informed her that I was on the National Do Not Call Registry she hung up on me

Female caller claimed she could lower interest rates on my credit cards.
