I get this call almost daily how do I complain about this as my phone is on do not call list.

Just got another call from this number -- caller ID shows "NEW BRUNSWICK CALL".
Happens almost every day for past week!
 

What?

VISA and MASTERCARD are the 2 biggest credit card companies in Canada. They are deffinitly not "clearing houses"
