Machine answered the call and recorded "press 9." This number is in New Brunswick Canada. If the call actually originated in Canada (or anywhere outside USA) the Federal Do Not Call Registry has no jurisdiction. Telemarketers are doing this -- locating their calling computers in another country; when you answer the call gets routed to a call center here in the USA.
