Got a call on my cell phone from (506) 221-26408 with an automated message about lowering my interest rates.  I pressed 1 to speak to someone and the man on the phone steamrolled over me with his speach about Card Services and how they work with all banks.  I told him I'm on the federal do not call list and he responded with "Whatever lady" and a few other rude words.
