Automated call with "unavailable" caller ID so I pressed "1" to get a person. He did report the company as being "Warranty Division of America," but when I began asking some questions he rudely asked, "do you want to buy a warranty or not?" I told him I don't know since I've never heard of the company and need to get information from BBB. He hung up.  We've been on the Do Not Call Registry since 2004 and have had no relationship with this company which would have permitted their call.
