They called my cell phone number which is on solicitor phone call block.  It was an annomated voice saying press one to hear about your last day of a chance for take care of your interest rates.  Urgent message.  I pressed 1 abd then 2 as directed.  When the real voice came on and asked if I was calling about the rates, I said, "I'm calling have you take my phone number off of your calling list.  I don't even know how you got my phone number. Click. Hang up.

What can we do?
If you have been on the national do not call list for over 31 days, you can file a complaint on www.donotcall.gov   I just did.   If they get a lot of complaints there may be some action.  
I emailed Verizon Wireless, and they sent back a long email, recommended I file a complaint at the website above.  They did not say they would remove the minute, which is what I asked for.  There is a complicated process for them to block the number... did not seem worth the hassle...

Only an automated voice saying I only have a day to get a low morgage interest rate, dial 1 to get an agent or dial 2 to cancel your number.  No company name given.  Called my cell phone while I was at work.

Keeps calling my cell phone. Shows call is coming from New Brunswick. I do not answer it. I am on the Do Not Call list and they still call. Time to report them again.
