I get calls from this number about a dozen times per week.  It starts off as an automated response system that tells me they have an important message about my credit card account and offer to lower my interest rate.  They then ask you to hit 1 to talk to someone.  When/if you do, there is usually no one there.  It often connects me to someone who apparently cannot hear me and even sounds like a residential person not a business number.  There is never an identifying information on what company is calling and when I call the number back there is no such number.
