I asked why they called, since I'm on Do Not Call list, and he went into spiel about how Visa and Mastercard want to lower my interest rate because I'm a good customer... but he didn't know if I even had any of the cards.  When questioned further, he cut me off and hung up.

Stated a credit card company, then abruptly hang up.
