I got this same call today and it was also from New Brunswick, Canada offering to reduce my credit card rate, but the number was (506) 221-4562.  When I looked it up it said it was from a Rogers wireless.

Scam caller from New Brunswick, Canada.  Another boilerroom operation offering to "reduce your credit card interest rates" -- in other words, a phishing scam!!
